Union Village is an exciting new development in Gresham, Middlesbrough, comprising of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, with the first phase of homes available from Summer 2024 for affordable rent.

Brought to you by Thirteen Group, alongside our partners and building contractors ESH Construction, we plan to build 145 new homes, with a mix of houses, apartments, and bungalows, on derelict land between Diamond Road and Union Street.

New homes at Union Village, Gresham are one step closer to completion.Colleagues from Thirteen and Esh construction have made great progress on the build of the 145 much needed homes in the Gresham neighbourhood.

The work includes a new slide, stepping logs, “twizzy” bars for climbing, a sports wall and tyre park. Youngsters on Teesside are enjoying the use of a playground once more after refurbishment works were carried out.

The Tees Valley Combined Authority has given the go ahead for funding towards Thirteen’s scheme to redevelop disused brownfield land and help build 222 homes in Gresham.
