Exciting progress made at Union Village, Gresham Autumn 2023
New homes at Union Village, Gresham are one step closer to completion.
Colleagues from Thirteen and Esh construction have made great progress on the build of the 145 much needed homes in the Gresham neighbourhood.
Build of the 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes has progressed at pace, with over 50 homes now water tight. Work is progressing on internal fit outs and also on the shared garden areas.
All apartments have now had roofs fitted and will be made watertight in the coming months, before internal fit out work can start.
Drainage, gas, water, and electric works are ongoing and are on track to be completed alongside the release of the first homes.
The first phase of homes will be released in Spring 2024.
